Collector's Notes: Michelle Obama walked onto the streets of Chicago on December 5 on a very cold day. She was heading to the Blackbird Restaurant around the corner of Maria Pinto?s boutique. While she was headed there she wore this off-white puffer coat with her gray pants and blue boots. She still appeared elegant and very sophisticated as always with this look.
